摘要
开发了一种用于多向钢节点电弧增材制造的金属粉芯型药芯丝材,研究了其在不同工艺规范与摆动条件下的工艺性能、显微组织与力学性能。结果表明:开发的药芯丝材在不同工艺规范与摆动条件下堆积金属两侧平直,表面平整,未出现裂纹、气孔等缺陷,具有良好的成型性;堆积过程中电流波动幅度不超过±3.5%(±7.5 A),电压波动幅度不超过±4.0%(±0.9 V),波动较小,电弧稳定,飞溅率低于2.5%;堆积金属的显微组织为铁素体和珠光体,其拉伸强度、延伸率和20℃冲击功,沿堆积方向分别为512 MPa、25%和127 J,沿垂直于堆积方向分别为519 MPa、24%和134 J。利用开发的药芯丝材电弧增材制造六向钢节点,制造的构件尺寸偏差在±1.3 mm以内,成型精度较高;其显微组织也为铁素体和珠光体,力学性能满足使用要求,开发的药芯丝材可用于多向钢节点电弧增材制造。
A metal powder-cored type flux cored wire for multi-directional steel node arc and wire additive manufacturing was developed,its process performance,microstructure and mechanical properties under different process specifications and swing conditions were studied.The results show that the deposited metal was straight on both sides and smooth on the surface under different process specifications and swing conditions,no cracks,pores and other defects were found,the developed flux cored wire has good forming properties.The current fluctuation range was less than±7.5 A,the voltage fluctuation range was less than±0.9 V under different process parameters,the fluctuation was small,so the arc was relatively stable,and the spatter rate was less than 2.5%.The microstructure of the deposited metal was composed of acicular ferrite and pearlite.Its tensile strength,elongation,and impact energy at 20℃were 512 MPa,25%and 127 J along the deposited direction respectively,519 MPa,24%and 134 J along the direction perpendicular to the deposited direction respectively.The six-directions steel node was manufactured by arc and wire additive manufacturing using the developed flux core wire.The final component size deviation was within±1.3 mm,and the forming accuracy was high.Its microstructure was also composed of acicular ferrite and pearlite,and its mechanical properties meet the requirements of use.The developed flux cored wire can be used for multi-directional steel node arc and wire additive manufacturing.
