摘要 2020年初爆发的新冠疫情对城市人居环境带来了巨大挑战,建筑密集、人流混杂的高密度城市在疫情发生时显现出较高的潜在风险。住区作为疫情隔离期间主要的生活场所,其韧性空间对于营造让居民安心的居住环境具有特殊的价值。本文首先界定了高密度城市住区,然后对该类住区的健康风险、韧性规划与设计进行了文献综述,通过疫情期间做的问卷调查,推导出高密度城市住区韧性空间由住区外部环境、住宅楼栋、户型等尺度体系构成,并具有各自的环境要素与韧性要求。建议后续研究从优化既有高密度城市住区的韧性空间开始,再结合新建高密度城市住区韧性空间的合理配置指标来展开。 Since the beginning of 2020,COVID-19 have challenged a lot on urban residential environment,high-density urban neighborhoods have higher potential risk when the pandemic come because of dense buildings and people crowding.During the pandemic,neighborhoods are often the main living places,their resilient spaces have par-ticular value for controlling the pandemic and constructing the safe residential environment.The high-density neigh-borhood is defined firstly.Then there is a literature study on health risk and resilient plan and design of these neighbor-hoods.A questionnaire on the relation between health and neighborhood environment was done during the pandemic,the resilient space system constituted of different scales from neighborhood outdoor environment,residential build-ings and dwelling units is inferred from.The future studies are suggested to be started from optimization on resilient spaces of existed high-density urban neighborhoods,then be extended to resilient space quotas of the newly devel-oped high-density urban neighborhoods.
