基于程序化扎根理论的康养型居住地产景观设计模式研究 被引量:7

摘要 在我国人口老龄化、居民亚健康状态增多等问题日益凸显的背景下,与居民日常生活息息相关的居住地产景观并没有大范围关注到居民的康养诉求,具体表现在居住地产景观营建,特别是展示区的建造中,仍旧以奢华的视觉景观营造为主导。本研究采用程序化扎根理论,通过对21名甲乙方居住地产景观设计及管理人员的半结构式访谈,利用NVivo12软件,探究出康养型居住地产景观设计模式,即程序化扎根理论选择性编码所形成的故事线。该模式以景观设计的时序流程为依托,关注居住地产景观特征与康养景观瓶颈,强调居民的康养需求、康养活动与康养景观感知,采用不同的康养设计路径,最终营建出理想的康养型居住地产景观,包括康养物质空间、康养设计风格和居住地产循证设计。本研究探明的设计模式为居住地产景观的发展提供了新的指向。 Under the backgrounds of population aging, sub-health and other issues, the residential real estate landscape that is closely linked with the residents’ daily life is not widespread focused on the residents’ health needs, embodied in the residential real estate landscape construction, especially the display area, which is still dominated by lavish vision. In this study, the procedural grounded theory was adopted. Through the semi-structured interviews with 21 residential real estate landscape designers and managers, NVivo12 software was used to explore the need-oriented health residential real estate landscape design pattern, namely the storyline formed by the selective coding of the procedural grounded theory. The pattern is based on the landscape design of the sequential process, focuses on the characteristics of residential real estate landscape and health landscape bottlenecks, emphasizes on residents’ health needs, health activities and health landscape perceptions, adopts different health design paths, eventually constructs an ideal health residential real estate landscape, including health design styles, health material spaces and residential real estate evidence-based design. The design pattern proved in this study provides a new direction for the development of the residential real estate landscape.
