摘要
近年来,金融科技蓬勃发展,不断推动金融机构的变革与创新,给行业带来生机与活力的同时,也对高等院校金融专业人才培养提出了全新的要求。对此,本文首先梳理金融科技的概念内涵、发展现状及金融科技人才需求特点,然后对当前国内外高等院校金融专业教育教学现状进行分析。针对其中存在的课程体系陈旧、教学方式单一、教师团队专业知识不足等问题,提出更新教学理念、重构课程体系、创新培养模式、提高师资专业素养等相应对策,旨在能够全面推动高等院校金融专业教育教学的改革发展。
In recent years,the rapid development of Fintech has continuously promoted the reform and innovation of financial institutions.While bringing vitality to the industry,Fintech has also put forward new requirements for the teaching and research of financial majors in colleges and universities.In this regard,first of all,this paper explains the concept of Fintech,development status and Fintech talent demand characteristics.Then we analyze the current status of finance education and teaching in domestic and foreign universities.In view of the existing problems such as single teaching method,outdated teaching content and insufficient professional technical knowledge of teachers,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The aim is to promote the reform and development of finance teaching in colleges and universities.
