基于模糊控制的永磁接触器动态合闸过程优化

摘要 针对永磁接触器在合闸时较大的开通相角以及触头弹跳引起的系统稳定性等问题,归纳出一种基于模糊控制的优化方法。在Matlab中搭建永磁接触器闭合运动过程仿真模型,用基于Mamdani模型优化模糊控制的方法实现了永磁接触器动态合闸特性优化。通过仿真实验对比,加入模糊控制方法可以显著地减小弹簧触头跳动问题,有效地优化永磁接触器的动态特性。 Since the system stability of permanent magnetic contactor can be influenced by a large opening phase angle and contact bounce when it closes,an optimization method based on fuzzy control is summarized.A simulation model of the closing movement process of the permanent magnet contactor is constructed in Matlab.The dynamic closing characteristics of the permanent magnet contactor are improved by the optimized fuzzy control method based on the Mamdani model.The experimental comparison of simulation shows that the introduced fuzzy control method can significantly reduce the bounce problem of spring contact,and effectively optimize the dynamic characteristics of the permanent magnetic contactor.
