摘要
从工程地质、地形地貌、军事作战和后勤保障4个方面构建军事指挥中心评价体系,利用模糊层次分析法构建选址模型,进行军事指挥中心适宜性评价。根据评价结果设计选址步骤,结合具体研究区利用遗传算法进行实例分析,引入马尔科夫理论改进遗传算法,验证模型方法的可行性。研究结果表明,提供的选址方法有效地解决了军事指挥中心重复选址问题,提高了选址方法的效率和准确率。
A military command center evaluation system is constructed from four aspects of engineering geology,landform,military operations and logistics support,and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy is used to construct a site selection model to conduct a suitability evaluation of the military command center.Based on the evaluation results,the site selection steps are designed.Within the study area,genetic algorithms are used for example analysis,and Markov theory is introduced to improve the genetic algorithm to verify the feasibility of the model method.The research results show that the location selection method provided in this paper can effectively solve the problem of repeated location selection of military command center and can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the location selection method.
