太阳电池智能制造人才实训平台的搭建研究

RESEARCH ON CONSTRUCTION OF TALENT TRAINING PLATFORM FOR SOLAR CELL INTELLIGENT MANUFACTURING

综合应用自动化技术、信息技术、通信技术和仿真技术等设计了太阳电池智能制造人才实训平台,并对该实训平台进行搭建。太阳电池智能制造人才实训平台通过在线教育平台构建了知识资源池,实现了实训人员的在线教育、人才分析和素质评估;通过实训平台对实训人员进行智能设备、自动化系统、数字化系统等相关的实训,提高实训人员的经验知识、综合技能和实践能力;最后通过智能制造车间真实案例的现场模拟实习,深化了解车间的真实运作模式,培养实训人员解决实际问题的能力。太阳电池智能制造人才实训平台的搭建可为智能制造背景下人才的教学和培养提供应用基础。

This paper designs talent training platform for solar cell intelligent manufacturing combining automation technology,information technology,communication technology and simulation technology and constructs this trainning platform.The talent training platform for solar cell intelligent manufacturing constructs knowledge resource pool through online education platform to realize online education,talent analysis and quality evaluation of trainees.Carry out training on intelligent equipment,automatic system,digital system and other related training for trainees through training platform,to improve the experience,knowledge,comprehensive skills and practical ability of trainees.And finally,through the field simulation practice of real cases of intelligent manufacturing workshop,the platform helps trainees deepen the understanding of the real operation mode of the workshop,training the ability of trainees to solve practical problems.The construction of the talent training platform for solar cell intelligent manufacturing can provide an application basis for the teaching and training of talents under the background of intelligent manufacturing.
