高职产教融合人才培养支撑体系的构建研究

The Construction of Higher Vocational Talent Training Support SystemBased on the Integration of Industry and Education

目前高职产教融合人才培养支撑体系存在培养目标单向、课程体系单调、教学活动单边、教学资源单独、学习评价单一等问题。为解决这些问题,要以高职产教融合人才培养为支撑,构建人才培养体系,即培养目标多元化、课程体系动态化、教学活动多样化、教学资源共享化、学习评价复合化。

At present,there are some problems in the support system of higher vocational talent training based on the integration of industry and education,such as unidirectional training objectives,monotonous curriculum system,unilateral teaching activities,and single teaching resources and learning evaluation.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to build a talent training system based on the integration between industry and education in higher vocational education,which includes diversified training objectives,dynamic curriculum system,various teaching activities,shared teaching resources and comprehensive learning evaluation.
