生涯四度视阙下大学生就业能力分析

Analysis on the Employability of College Students from the Perspective ofFour Dimensions of Career

当代大学生就业竞争压力大,就业稳定性低,提高就业能力尤为重要。从生涯的含义入手,阐述出生涯的生命周期及各个周期的角色,大学生应平衡好大学阶段的各个角色。用“能力三核”诠释就业能力,结合古典老师提出的生涯四度:生涯高度、生涯深度、生涯宽度和生涯温度,分析目前大学生就业能力存在的问题,并依托生涯四度提出相应的提高就业能力的策略。

The employment competition pressure of contemporary college students is great and employment stability is lower.So it is very important for them to improve their employability.Starting with the meaning of career,this paper illustrates the life cycle of career and the roles of each cycle.The college students should balance the roles in college.Combining with four dimensions of career proposed by the teacher,Gudian,career height,career depth,career width and career temperature,it analyzes the problems existing in college students'employability,and puts forward strategies to improve the employability based on the four dimensions of career.
