摘要
大型工业厂房室内地坪和室外堆场均具有载荷大、耐磨度高、要求外观无裂缝、排水顺畅且不积水等特点,故对地坪结构成型后的承载力、耐磨度、平面度、裂缝控制、美观等技术要求高。然而这些关键技术的控制通常在工程师的专业水平与实施技能、地坪基础处理、配筋、混凝土浇筑分仓规划、施工分缝设置等地坪结构设计与施工技术措施的管控技能中得以展现。以云南昭通高速装配式绿色建筑产业园室内、外重载地坪为实践,综合项目特征并结合实际,在吸取“跳仓法”施工经验的基础上,通过设计与施工技术分析、采用“条带法”无缝施工措施取得了预期效果。
The indoor floor and outdoor yard of large industrial powerhouse are characterized by high load,high wear resistance,no cracks in appearance,smooth drainage and no water accumulation,so the technical requirements for bearing capacity,wear resistance,flatness,crack control and appearance of formed floor structure are high.However,the control of these key technologies is usually demonstrated in the management and control skills of floor structure design and construction technology measures,such as engineer’s professional level and implementation skills,floor foundation treatment,reinforcement,concrete placement warehousing planning,construction joint setting.Taking interior and exterior heavy-load floor of high-speed assembled green building industrial park in Zhaotong as example,this paper comprehensively combines project characteristics with practice,draws on construction experience of“warehouse-jumping method”,and achieves expected results by design and construction technology analysis and seamless construction measures of“strip method”.
