地铁隧道始发井混凝土超耗分析及应对措施 被引量:1

摘要 在地铁隧道始发风井施工中,混凝土超耗一直是无法避免的一个问题。如何减少混凝土超耗,降低成本是研究的主要目标。以成都轨道交通19号线二期工程土建8工区华天风井为工程实例,以设计图纸等技术资料作为参考,分析施工过程中可能出现的重、难点以及可能出现混凝土超耗的原因,结合现场实际条件,合理规划有限场地内的施工布置,优化了施工方案并逐一落实,最大限度的降低了混凝土超耗,保证了施工质量以及工程进度。 Overconsumption of concrete has always been an unavoidable problem in the construction of initial air shaft of subway tunnel.How to reduce the excessive consumption of concrete and reduce cost are the main objectives of study.Taking Huatian Air Shaft in Civil Construction Area 8 of Phase II Project of Chengdu Rail Transit Line 19 as an example and taking technical data such as design drawings as a reference,this paper analyses the possible heavy and difficult points during construction and the possible causes of concrete overconsumption.Combining with actual site conditions,the construction arrangement in limited site is planned reasonably,the construction scheme is optimized and implemented one by one.It minimizes the excessive consumption of concrete and guarantees the construction quality and progress of project.
