摘要
为满足木桥沟渡槽在施工阶段材料、模板等垂直运输需求,加快施工进度、提高施工机械化操作水平,根据施工现场的实际情况,在木桥沟渡槽布置1台高度为78.4m塔式起重机,起重机械设备自身的安装、拆卸施工技术,必须引起施工技术人员的高度重视。对安装高度为78.4m的C7050塔式起重机在安装、拆除过程中的主要问题进行了技术分析和总结。目前向家坝灌区邱场分干渠自贡段工程木桥沟渡槽塔式起重机已安装施工完成,按照塔式起重机的安装、拆除施工技术,C7050塔式起重机很好地完成了安装、拆除任务,取得了良好的技术经济效果。
In order to meet the vertical transportation requirements of Muqiaogou aqueduct such as materials and formwork during the construction stage,speed up the construction progress and improve the level of construction mechanization operation,a tower crane with a height of 78.4m is arranged in Muqiaogou aqueduct according to the actual conditions on construction site.Construction technology for installation and disassembly of lifting equipment itself has attracted great attention of construction technicians.This paper makes technical analysis and summary on main problems during installation and removal of C7050 tower crane with installation height of 78.4m.At present,Muqiaogou aqueduct tower crane of Qiuchang trunk channel project in Xiangjiaba Irrigation Area has been installed and constructed.According to the construction technology of tower crane installation and removal,C7050 tower crane has successfully completed the tasks of installation and removal and achieved good technical and economic results.
