轮式自行台车桥梁护栏施工技术

摘要 轮式自行台车桥梁护栏施工技术利用多功能桥梁护栏施工台车替代传统施工机具,最大承受重量为300kg,最大提升高度为3.6m,可满足最大纵坡6%,最大横坡5%的桥面,减少了工人的直接参与,施工效率及安全性大大提高,相比传统吊车、平板车及小型装载机吊运,体积更小,更节约施工场地,施工更加灵活、效率高,环保控制方面具有巨大优势,取得较好的经济效益,社会效益显著。 The construction technology of bridge parapet for wheeled self-propelled trolley uses multi-function bridge parapet construction trolley to replace traditional construction tools.Its maximum bearing weight is 300 kg,maximum lifting height is 3.6 m,which can meet the maximum 6%of longitudinal slope and 5%of cross slope.It reduces the direct participation of workers and greatly improves the efficiency and safety of construction.Compared with traditional cranes,flat trucks and small loaders,it is smaller and saves construction site.At the same time,it has tremendous advantages in environmental control and can achieve better economic and social benefits.
