山区高速公路大纵坡路基梁场施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 在山区高速公路建设过程中,场地多山高坡陡,普遍纵坡较大,且征地困难,对原有生态环境也造成一定破坏;综合考虑,提出山区高速公路利用大纵坡主线路基建设预制梁场的施工技术,通过对在建高速公路全线进行总体部署和筹划[1],选择桥梁较多的段落,利用高速公路主线路基,根据生产规模、生产工序、地貌地形等建设预制梁场,对钢筋加工厂建设、台座布置、龙门架安装及运行、张拉工艺、运输设备等进行指导。 In the process of highway construction in mountainous area,the site has many mountains,steep slopes,large longitudinal slopes and difficult land requisition.The construction process has also caused some damage to the original ecological environment.This paper puts forward the construction technology of prefabricated beam farm for highway in mountainous area by using the subgrade of main line with large longitudinal slope.Through the overall deployment and planning of the highway under construction,the sections with more bridges are selected to make full use of the highway main line subgrade.According to the production scale,production process,topography and other aspects,the construction of prefabricated beam farm is carried out,and the construction of steel bar processing plant,the layout of bench,the installation and operation of gantry frame,the stretching process,transportation equipment and so on are guided.
