长河坝电站斜井混凝土模架结构支撑施工技术 被引量:3

摘要 压力管道斜井衬砌混凝土一般采用滑模施工,同时也是较为成熟的工艺。而长河坝电站工程压力管道斜井上弯段为空间转弯结构,在水平平面和竖直平面上同时转弯,采用常规的锚索牵引滑模施工较困难,而采用自升式滑模在斜井中爬杆受力方向受限制同样存在困难。长河坝压力管道斜井通过采用自行设计的模架支撑体系和定制对应规格的组合弧模,采取翻模行走工法实现快速安全施工,达到工期目标要求。 Sliding form construction is generally used for lining concrete of inclined shaft of penstock,which is also a mature technology.However,the upper bend section of the inclined shaft of the penstock in Changheba Hydropower Station is a space turning structure,turning at the same time on the horizontal and vertical planes.It is difficult to construct the inclined shaft with conventional anchor cable towing sliding mode,while it is also difficult to use self-lifting sliding mode to restrict the stress direction of the climbing rod in the inclined shaft.Changheba penstock inclined shaft adopts self-designed support system of formwork frame and customized combination arc form of corresponding specifications,and adopts turning-over walking method to realize quick and safe construction,which meets the requirements of construction period.
