工程根据紧急停车带的长短及数量,与正常段隧道结合情况及平曲线大小等要素,经专业厂家定制,设计了一种可伸缩式加宽段衬砌台车,通过增加4个副门架,4个门架滑动横梁内部安装GE180/100-3100油缸,将门架横梁、油缸与滑动副门架横梁安装成整体,收缩油缸系统能带动4个副门架横向收缩,实现台车在正常段行走所需的空间。该伸缩式停车带台车具有成本较低、结构可靠、操作方便、衬砌速度快,隧道成型面好等优点,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。

According to the length and quantity of the emergency parking belt,the combination with the normal section of the tunnel and the size of the horizontal curve,a telescopic lining trolley for widening section is designed by professional manufacturers.By adding four auxiliary gantry,ge180/100-3100 oil cylinder is installed in the four sliding crossbeams of the gantry,and the gantry crossbeam,oil cylinder and sliding auxiliary gantry crossbeam are installed into combination.The retracting cylinder system can drive the four auxiliary gantries to retract laterally,to realize the space required for the trolley to walk in the normal section.The telescopic parking belt trolley has the advantages of low cost,reliable structure,convenient operation,fast lining speed and good tunnel forming surface,and has achieved obvious economic and social benefits.
