摘要
山西中部引黄水源工程泵站地下厂房位于地下水位线以下,工程地质条件差,跨度大且周围布置了复杂的洞室群,使得厂房开挖难度大,安全风险高。为了保证开挖过程中的施工安全,在采取喷钢纤维混凝土、系统锚杆等初期支护措施的同时,又在顶拱及边墙采用预应力锚索进行加固。事实证明,预应力锚索在中部引黄水源工程泵站地下厂房中的应用是成功的,在开挖期间保证了泵站地下厂房施工过程的安全,在钢筋混凝土衬砌完成后,锚索将衬砌与围岩拉结为一体成为永久支护,也为泵站长期安全运行提供了保障。就预应力锚索的材料、施工工艺、质量检查等方面进行了阐述。
Underground powerhouse of pumping station of the Yellow River Diversion Project in the middle of Shanxi is located below the groundwater level,with poor engineering geological conditions,large span and complex cavity groups arranged around it,which makes it difficult to excavate the powerhouse and high safety risk.In order to ensure construction safety during excavation,the pre-stressed anchor cable is used to reinforce the top arch and side wall as well as the initial support measures such as shotcrete and system anchor.It has been proved that the application of pre-stressed anchor cable in the underground powerhouse of pump station of the Middle Yellow River diversion water source project is successful.It guarantees the safety of the construction process of the underground powerhouse of the pump station during excavation.After the completion of the reinforced concrete lining,the anchor cable will pull the lining together with the surrounding rock as a permanent support and provide guarantee for the long-term safe operation of the pump station.This paper describes the material,construction technology and quality inspection of the pre-stressed anchor cable.
