摘要
目前国内特长隧洞采用TBM掘进的工程较少,TBM测量系统更是属于全新的测量技术,测量主要是如何控制在隧洞TBM掘进过程中的定位。洞外的控制一般采用GPS控制网和洞内交叉闭合双导线布设,将洞内双导线坐标传递至TBM测量系统,确保隧洞胜利贯通提供测量技术支持。国内大伙房相向掘进13.8km实现了较好的高精度贯通,但由于测量规范对特长隧道TBM施工测量控制的缺失,相向开挖长度在16.49km(单向开挖长度14.5km)以上的特长隧洞贯通国内外目前鲜有工程实例。
At present,there are fewer domestic tunnels excavated by TBM,and the TBM measuring system is a brand-new measuring technology.The key is to control the positioning during the tunnel TBM excavation.The control outside the tunnel is usually arranged by GPS control network and crossed closed double-conductor in the tunnel,which transmits the coordinates of the double-conductor in the tunnel to TBM measuring system and provides measuring technical support for the successful penetration of the tunnel.Dahuofang Reservoir in China drives 13.8km in opposite direction,achieving better high-precision penetration.However,due to lack of measurement control for TBM construction of extra-long tunnels in measurement specifications,there are few engineering examples at home and abroad for extra-long tunnels with excavation length over 16.49km(unidirectional excavation length over 14.5km).
