摘要
滇中引水工程香炉山隧洞3号施工支洞是中小型断面大纵坡长斜井,其倾角26.02°,长875.78m,支洞控制主洞上下游长约2059m。为满足3号支洞控制主洞段上下游钻爆施工需求,需从3号施工支洞洞口下放设备至洞底车场段。因绞车提升系统提升能力难以满足需下放的挖机、二臂台车等大型设备,需结合洞口布设,采用绞车提升+滑轮组的方式对设备进行下放。根据目前绞车系统布置及洞内现场施工环境,按照上述方案,可将设备安全、高效的下放至洞底车场段。其对现场施设利用率较高,同时也避免了大量的设备拆卸和组装工作,节约了工期,产生了较好的经济效益。
No.3 construction branch of Xianglushan Tunnel is a medium and small section long inclined shaft with large longitudinal slope,with an inclination of 26.02 degrees and a length of 875.78m.The length of upstream and downstream of main tunnel section is about 2059m.In order to meet the construction requirements of drilling and blasting upstream and downstream of the main tunnel section,it is necessary to lower the equipment from the opening of No.3 construction branch tunnel to the depot section at the bottom of the tunnel.Because the lifting capacity of the winch lifting system is difficult to meet the large equipment such as excavator and two-arm trolley,the winch lifting and pulley group are needed to lower the equipment.According to the current arrangement of winch system and construction environment in the tunnel,the equipment can be safely and efficiently lowered to the tunnel bottom yard section according to the above scheme.It has a high utilization rate for site installation,avoids a lot of disassembly and assembly work of equipment,saves construction period and generates good economic benefits.
