建(个)元高速公路沿线企地党组织把围绕中心、服务大局作为企地党组织联动共建机制研究与应用的出发点,研究和探索双方党建工作连接点,实现优势互补,不仅是参建单位加强和改进党建工作、加速国有企业改革、落实全面从严治党的必然要求,同时对地方党组织充分发挥政治功能和服务功能,进一步加强和改善民生,促进当地经济社会发展也具有重要意义。

Enterprise-local party organizations along Jianshui-Yuanyang Expressway regard centering on the whole situation and serving as the starting point for the research and application of joint construction mechanism of enterprise-local party organizations.This paper studies and explores the connection points of party construction work of both sides.Realizing complementary advantages is not only an inevitable requirement for participating units to strengthen and improve party building work,accelerate the reform of state-owned enterprises and implement strict party governance in an all-round way,but also of great significance for local party organizations to give full play to political and service functions,further strengthen and improve people's livelihood and promote local economic and social development.
