摘要
PPP项目与竞争性项目在施工成本的控制上有很大的区别,以公司承建的江通高速、凯里环高等高速公路PPP项目土建工程施工为研究对象,从对项目设计阶段到施工阶段进行分析,找出对成本影响的关键因素,与竞争性项目的管理进行对比,通过采取措施来降低施工成本,管理人员应紧紧围绕工程施工,树立服务意识,深入工程施工过程思考管理;想方设法保持施工的连续性,提高施工效率,降低作业队伍成本;充分利用施工承包方的技术优势和管理经验,设计出更加科学合理的施工方案,为后期的成本管理提供有力的数据支撑。
PPP project is different from competitive project in controlling construction cost.This paper takes the civil engineering of PPP project of Jiangtong Expressway and Kaili Ring Expressway as the research objects to analyze the design and construction phases of the project and find out the key factors affecting the cost.Then it compares with the management of competitive projects and takes measures to reduce construction costs.Management personnel should closely focus on the project construction,establish service awareness and think deeply about the management of the project construction process.Meanwhile,every effort should be made to maintain the continuity of construction,improve the construction efficiency,and reduce the cost of the working group.Making full use of the technical advantages and management experience of the construction contractor to design a more scientific and reasonable construction scheme can provide powerful data support for cost management in the later period.
