Emergency Capacity Construction of Construction Enterprise

面对当前国家应急能力建设现代化的要求,建筑施工企业如何健全应急组织体系,建立有效的应急预案,实施顺畅的预警监测机制,快速科学的应急响应和应急处置能力尤为重要,主要结合单位电力建设企业应急能力建设开展具体情况,针对当前国家应急管理的新变化和特点,分析建筑施工企业应急管理工作主要存在的问题,从9个方面分析了应急能力建设的工作要点和5个方面的应急能力建设工作重点,突出应急能力建设的全过程以及各阶段的工作要求等。

According to the current requirements of modernization of national emergency capacity construction,construction enterprises should improve emergency organization system,establish effective emergency plans,implement smooth early warning monitoring mechanism,and have rapid and scientific emergency response and emergency disposal capabilities.This paper mainly combines the specific situation of emergency capacity building of power construction enterprises,and analyses the main problems existing in emergency management of construction enterprises according to the new changes and characteristics of current national emergency management.This paper analyses the key points of emergency capacity building from 9 aspects and the key points of emergency capacity building from 5 aspects,and highlights the whole process of emergency capacity building and the work requirements at each stage.
