癌症生存者生活质量护理研究基础及热点的可视化分析

Nursing research foundations and hotspots of quality of life of cancer survivors:a visual analysis

目的:对癌症生存者生活质量护理方面的文献进行可视化分析,总结该领域研究基础及热点,为我国相关研究提供思路。方法:以Web of Science平台SCI-E和SSCI引文数据库为数据来源,采用文献计量学方法和CiteSpace信息可视化软件,分析该研究领域的主要国家/地区、机构、关键文献和研究热点。结果:共检出1008篇文献。研究主要集中在美国高校及研究所;知识基础包括癌症生存者的运动、营养、症状负担和经济困难;研究热点中主要内容为支持性照护需求,癌症类型为乳腺癌、结肠癌及肺癌,重点人群为老年和儿童期癌症生存者。结论:我国癌症生存者生活质量的护理研究仍有较大发展空间,应关注研究基础和热点,并在加强国际交流的基础上结合我国情况进行进一步探索。

Objective:To visually analyze the literature on quality of life care for cancer survivors,summarize the research foundations and hotspots in this field,so as to provide ideas for related researches in China.Methods:Using the Web of Science platform SCI-E and SSCI citation database as data sources,using bibliometric methods and CiteSpace information visualization software,the main countries/regions,institutions,critical literature and research hotspots in the research field were analyzed.Results:A total of 1,008 articles were searched.The researches were mainly concentrated in American universities and research institutes;the knowledge base included exercise,nutrition,symptom burden and financial difficulties of cancer survivors;the research hotspots mainly focused on the needs of supportive care;the cancer types were breast cancer,colon cancer and lung cancer;the key population included the elderly and childhood cancer survivors.Conclusions:There was still a lot of room for development in nursing research on the quality of life of cancer survivors in our country.Researchers should pay attention to the foundations and hotspots and explore further based on strengthening international exchanges and combining with the situation in China.
