高血压脑出血病人术后自我护理能力与健康行为的相关性研究

Correlation between postoperative self-care ability and healthy behaviors in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨高血压脑出血病人术后自我护理能力与健康行为的关系,并对其相关性进行分析。方法:回顾性分析2018年3月—2019年7月于医院进行治疗的82例高血压脑出血病人的临床资料,依据自我护理能力(ESCA)评分分级分为A组(低等水平,30例)、B组(中等水平,27例)和C组(高等水平,25例)。所有病人均接受健康行为量表(HPL)评分,并对其与自我护理能力之间的关系进行观察分析。结果:C组的健康责任感、躯体活动、营养、心理健康、人际关系及压力缓解等维度评分均较A组及B组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Spearman相关性分析发现,高血压脑出血病人自我护理能力与健康责任感、躯体活动、营养、心理健康、人际关系及压力缓解等健康行为呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:高血压脑出血病人术后自我护理能力与健康行为情况呈正相关关系,可通过提高病人的自我护理能力,改善病人健康行为。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between postoperative self-care ability and healthy behaviors in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its correlation.Methods:The clinical data of 82 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from March 2018 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the grading of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA),the patients were divided into group A(low level,30 cases),group B(medium level,27 cases),and group C(high level,25 cases).The Health Behavioral Scale(HPL)was used to conduct a survey on all patients,and their association with self-care capacity was observed and analyzed.Results:The scores of health responsibility,physical activity,nutrition,mental health,interpersonal relationship and stress relief in group C were higher than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusions:For patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,postoperative self-care ability is positively correlated with healthy behaviors.Improving the patient′s self-care abilitycould improve the patient′s health behaviors.
