基于组态视角的企业绿色创新驱动模式研究

Corporate Green Innovation Driving Model Based on Configuration Perspective

绿色创新是实现经济高质量发展的有效途径,研究企业绿色创新驱动模式对我国绿色发展至关重要。本文以发布2017年社会责任报告的49家深证A股制造业企业为案例,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,从组态视角研究内部和外部6个因素的相互作用对企业绿色创新水平的影响机制。研究发现:企业绿色创新水平是多个前因条件复杂作用的结果,各前因条件对企业绿色创新水平的影响存在非对称性;企业高水平绿色创新驱动模式有3种,分别为压力响应型、竞争推动型和扶持拉动型,其中,压力响应型驱动模式最普遍;企业低水平绿色创新驱动模式有两种,分别为养尊处优型和墨守成规型,其中,墨守成规型驱动模式最普遍。研究结论为企业绿色创新理论提供了新洞见,也为企业绿色创新实践提供了有益启示。

Green innovation is an effective way to achieve high-quality economic development.It is crucial to study corporate green innovation driving model for Chinese green development.Using a fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)approach based on 49 manufacturing firms that issued the 2017 social responsibility report,it studied how the internal and external six factors interacted to influence green innovation level of corporate from the perspective of configuration.The findings are as following.Firstly,the level of corporate green innovation results from the complex action of multiple antecedents,and the influence of each antecedent condition on the level of corporate green innovation is asymmetric.Secondly,there are three driving models of high-level green innovation:the pressureresponse model,the competitive-push model,and the support-pull model.Among them,the pressure-response model is the most common.Thirdly,there are two driving models of low-level green innovation:the pampered model and the conformist model.Among them,the conformist model is the most common.The conclusions provide new insights for the theory of corporate green innovation,and also offer beneficial enlightenment for the practice of corporate green innovation.
