创业者目标导向与效果推理——被调节的中介模型

Entrepreneurs'Goal Orientation and Effectuation--A Moderated Mediation Model

基于社会认知理论和效果推理理论,探究创业者目标导向对效果推理决策逻辑的影响效果,以及创业自我效能感的中介作用和环境不确定性的调节作用。基于199位创业者的调查问卷进行实证检验,结果表明:学习目标导向对效果推理存在正向作用,绩效趋近目标导向对效果推理存在正向作用,绩效规避目标导向对效果推理存在负向作用;创业自我效能感在3种目标导向与效果推理的关系中均具有中介作用:环境不确定性对创业自我效能感与效果推理之间的关系具有正向调节作用,并且进一步调节创业自我效能感在3种目标导向与效果推理之间的中介作用。本研究基于创业者成就动机的视角深化了效果推理前置因素的研究,揭示了在不确定环境下不同的动机倾向对效果推理影响的差异性。

Based on the social cognitive theory and the effectuation theory,it revealed the mechanism and boundary conditions of goal orientation on effectuation,and investigated the mediating role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and the moderating role of environmental uncertainty.It analyzed the data of 199 entrepreneurs and adopt regression analysis and structural equation mode to test the hypotheses.The results reveal that learning goal orientation has a positive effect on effectuation,and performance-approach goal orientation has a positive effect on effectuation,while performance-avoid goal orientation has a negative effect on effectuation.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the relationship between goal orientation and effectuation.Environmental uncertainty moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and effectuation,and it moderates the mediating effect of entrepreneurial selfefficacy.Based on the perspective of achievement motivation,it deepens the study on antecedents of effectuation,and reveals the differences in the effects of three goal orientations on effectuation in uncertain environment.
