功能康复训练联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗帕金森病的效果及对患者认知功能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of functional rehabilitation training combined with donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and its influence on patients'cognitive function

摘要 目的分析功能康复训练联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗帕金森病的效果及对患者认知功能的影响。方法选择我院2018年3月至2020年5月收治的126例帕金森病患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各63例。对照组采取盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合功能康复训练治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的血清CRP、CysC、Hcy、PAPK7及NT-3水平均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的MoCA、PDQ-39评分均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论功能康复训练联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗帕金森病效果显著,能有效改善患者血清相关因子水平,提高其认知功能和生活质量。 Objective To analyze the effect of functional rehabilitation training combined with donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and its influence on patients'cognitive function.Methods A total of 126 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the study objects.According to different treatment regimens,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with functional rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,serum CRP,CysC,Hcy,PAPK7 and NT-3 levels in both groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,MoCA and PDQ-39 scores in both groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional rehabilitation training combined with donepezil hydrochloride has a significant effect in the treatment of Parkinson's disease,which can effectively improve the level of serum related factors,cognitive function and quality of life of patients.
