拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫合并抑郁障碍的效果及对患者生活质量的影响

Effect of lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of epilepsy complicated with depressive disorder and its influence on the quality of life of patients

目的探究拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫合并抑郁障碍的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年3月收治的100例癫痫合并抑郁障碍患者为研究对象,采用计算机随机化法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组给予丙戊酸钠治疗,试验组给予拉莫三嗪与丙戊酸钠联合治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的抑郁评分均低于治疗前,癫痫发作次数均少于治疗前,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的生活质量各项评分及总分均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论拉莫三嗪与丙戊酸钠联合治疗癫痫合并抑郁障碍的效果显著,安全性高,可更好改善患者的抑郁症状,减少癫痫发作次数,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of epilepsy complicated with depressive disorder and its influence on the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with epilepsy complicated with depressive disorder admitted from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by computer randomization,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium valproate,and the experimental group was treated with lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 98.00%,which was higher than 78.00% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the depression score of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,the number of seizures were less than that before treatment,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life and total score in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lamotrigine combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of epilepsy complicated with depressive disorder has significant effect and high safety,it can better ameliorate the depressive symptoms,reduce the number of seizures and improve the quality of life of patients.
