天明止痛膏治疗急性软组织损伤47例的临床效果

Clinical effect of Tianming Zhitong ointment on 47 cases of acute soft-tissue injury

目的观察我院制剂天明止痛膏对急性软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法将93例急性软组织损伤患者以随机数字表的方式分为治疗组(47例)和对照组(46例)。治疗组采用天明止痛膏(由乳香、没药、红花、三七、紫草、血竭、黄连、栀子等组成)治疗,对照组采用治伤软膏治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的软组织损伤症状分级量化积分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的治疗总有效率为42.55%,明显高于对照组的19.57%(P<0.05)。治疗后24、72 h,两组的疼痛评分均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后72 h,治疗组的疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天明止痛膏对急性软组织损伤的疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑等症状有明显的改善效果,具有一定的应用和推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tianming Zhitong ointment prepared in our hospital on acute soft-tissue injury.Methods Ninety-three patients with acute soft-tissue injury were divided into treatment group(47 cases)and control group(46 cases)by random number table method.The treatment group was treated with Tianming Zhitong ointment(composed of frankincense,myrrh,safflower,Panax notoginseng,Arnebia,dragon's blood,Rhizoma Coptidis,Gardenia,.etc),and the control group was treated with wound ointment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the quantitative scores of soft-tissue injury symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 42.55%,which was significantly higher than 19.57%in the control group(P<0.05).At 24 and 72 h after treatment,the pain scores of the two groups significantly decreased(P<0.05);at 72 h after treatment,the pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Tianming Zhitong ointment has obvious improvement effect on pain,swelling,ecchyma and other symptoms caused by acute soft-tissue injury,and has a certain application and popularization value.
