温化蠲痹方治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果及对患者骨代谢、外周血miRNA-146a及P-gp表达水平的影响

Clinical effect of Wenhua Juanbi recipe on rheumatoid arthritis and its influence on bone metabolism and the expression of levels miRNA-146a and P-gp in peripheral blood

目的探究温化蠲痹方治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床效果及对患者骨代谢、外周血miRNA-146a及P-糖蛋白(P-gp)表达水平的影响。方法选取本院收治的102例RA患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(51例,西药+温化蠲痹方治疗)与对照组(51例,西药治疗)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后4、8、12周,研究组的DAS28评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的PⅠNP、OC、25(OH)D水平高于对照组,β-CTX、TRAP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后4、8、12周,研究组的外周血miRNA-146a及P-gp的相对表达量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温化蠲痹方治疗RA的临床效果显著,可改善患者骨代谢情况,降低外周血miRNA-146a及P-gp表达。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenhua Juanbi recipe on rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and its influence on bone metabolism and the expression levels of miRNA-146a and P-glycoprotein(P-gp)in peripheral blood.Methods A total of 102 RA patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into study group(51 cases,western medicine+Wenhua Juanbi recipe treatment)and control group(51 cases,western medicine treatment)according to random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment,the DAS28 score in the study group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PⅠNP,OC and 25(OH)D in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of β-CTX and TRAP were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment,the relative expressions quantity of miRNA-146a and P-gp in peripheral blood of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Wenhua Juanbi recipe on RA has a significant clinical effect,which can improve bone metabolism in patients and reduce the expression of miRNA-146a and P-gp in peripheral blood.
