耳穴埋豆结合ERAS在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果

Application effect of seed-embedding at otopoints combined with ERAS in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨耳穴埋豆结合加速康复外科(ERAS)在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年3月至2020年11月接收的60例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例,常规围术期护理)与干预组(30例,耳穴埋豆结合ERAS)。比较两组的疼痛程度、术后康复指标及护理满意度。结果干预组术后不同时间的VAS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的首次排气时间、首次排便时间及首次下床时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的护理满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆结合ERAS在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果显著,能够有效减轻患者术后疼痛程度,加快康复进程,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of seed-embedding at otopoints combined with enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy from March 2019 to November 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(30 cases,routine perioperative nursing)and intervention group(30 cases,seed-embedding at otopoints combined with ERAS)according to the random number table method.The degree of pain,postoperative rehabilitation indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores in the intervention group at different time after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first exhaust time,first defecation time and first getting out of bed time in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Seed-embedding at otopoints combined with ERAS in laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a significant application effect,which can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain,accelerate the rehabilitation process and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
