手术室护理干预在胆结石腹腔镜治疗患者中的应用效果

Application effect of operating room nursing intervention in patients with gallstones treated by laparoscopy

目的探讨手术室护理干预在胆结石腹腔镜治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年11月至2019年11月我院100例胆结石腹腔镜治疗患者,抽选红蓝球随机将其分为参照组和研究组,各50例。参照组采取常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上采取手术室护理干预。比较两组的术中不良情况发生情况(感染、低温症、电灼伤)、术后恢复情况(胃肠蠕动恢复时间、排气时间、拔管时间、住院时间)、舒适度及满意度。结果研究组术中不良事件总发生率为4.00%,明显低于参照组的22.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的胃肠蠕动恢复时间、排气时间、拔管时间及住院时间短于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的GCQ评分为(91.78±5.18)分,明显高于参照组的(75.51±4.78)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的满意度为96.00%,明显高于参照组的84.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理干预在胆结石腹腔镜治疗患者中的应用效果显著,可降低术中不良事件总发生率,促进术后快速恢复,提高舒适度及满意度,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing intervention in patients with gallstones treated by laparoscopy.Methods A total of 100 patients with gallstones treated by laparoscopy in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into reference group and study group by draw red and blue balls,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group took routine nursing,and the study group took operating room nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group.The occurrence of intraoperative adverse events(infection,hypothermia,electric burn),postoperative recovery(gastrointestinal peristalsis recovery time,exhaust time,extubation time,hospital stay),comfort and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of intraoperative adverse events in the study group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 22.00% in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal peristalsis recovery time,exhaust time,extubation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The GCQ score in the study group was(91.78±5.18),which was significantly higher than(75.51±4.78)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of operating room nursing intervention in patients with gallstones treated by laparoscopy has a significant effect,which can reduce the total incidence of intraoperative adverse events,promote rapid postoperative recovery,and improve comfort and satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
