爆竹用纸的检测分析与质量现状

Testing and Quality Situation of Firecracker Paper

为了解爆竹用纸的质量情况,本文在我国爆竹主要生产区采集了60份爆竹用纸样品,参照GB/T 22928-2008《烟花爆竹用纸》及DB43/T 1768-2020《爆竹筒红纸技术要求》检测了爆竹用纸的定量、横幅定量偏差、耐破指数、松厚度、裂断长、洞眼、色调、同批同色色差、吸水性等质量参数。结果显示,爆竹用纸存在强度低、松厚度大、色彩艳丽、匀度较差、洞眼较多的特点。

In order to learn about the quality status of the firecracker paper,sixty firecracker paper samples were collected from the main production areas of firecrackers.According to GB/T 22928-2008 Fireworks and firecrackers paper and DB43/T 1768-2020 General requirement of red paper used for fireworks barrel,the quantitative parameters of fireworks paper,grammage,grammage deviation of cross direction,tensile index,burst index,bulk,water absorption,hole,color,color difference of the same batch,breaking length were tested.The results showed that the firecracker paper has the characteristics of low strength,high bulk,bright color,poor evenness and many holes.
