摘要
为探讨饮用水中Cr^(6+)含量的快速检测方法,本文分别采用有机溶剂萃取法与快速检测法(分光光度法)测定检测样本精密度、加标回收率。结果显示,检测用分光光度法线性范围、相关系数、检出限、加标回收取值范围分别为0~200μg/L、r=0.9997、3.9μg/L、98.8%~101.1%。可见应用优化后的饮用水Cr6+含量快速检测法,所获取的线性检测范围与相关系数较为合理,加标回收率与检测精密度均较高,在大批量水样Cr^(6+)离子检测中可应用本方法。
In order to explore a rapid detection method for Cr^(6+)content in drinking water.this paper uses organic solvent extraction method and rapid detection method(spectrophotometry)were used to determine the sample precision and standard recovery.The results show that the linear range,correlation coefficient,detection limit and standard recovery range of spectrophotometry were 0-200μg/L,r=0.9997,3.9μg/L and 98.8%to 101.1%,respectively.Therefore,the linear detection range and correlation coefficient obtained by using the optimized rapid detection method of Cr6+content in drinking water are reasonable,and the standard recovery and detection precision are both high.This detection method can be applied in the detection of Cr^(6+)ion in large quantities of water samples.
