摘要 本文结合海关的实际业务需求,对智慧实验室建设方案进行研究,以实现对实验室的信息采集自动化、流程再造、运行状态监测、自动预警、辅助决策、数据追溯等方面的全方位提升,更好地为各级业务部门的决策提供实验室数据支持,并且有效提高实验室的检测工作效率,缩短检测周期,规避业务风险,为海关监管把关、应对技术贸易壁垒提供支持,实现海关实验室检测智能化。 Combined with the actual business needs of the customs,this paper studies the construction scheme of smart laboratory,so as to realize the all-round improvement of information collection automation,process reengineering,operation status monitoring,automatic early warning,auxiliary decision-making,data traceability and other aspects of the laboratory,so as to better provide laboratory data support for leaders at all levels and decision-making of relevant business departments,In addition,it can effectively improve the efficiency of laboratory testing,shorten the testing cycle,avoid business risks,provide strong support for customs supervision and response to technical barriers to trade,and realize the intellectualization of Customs laboratory testing.
