This paper describes how to effectively evaluate the uncertainty of the difference in personnel and equipment comparison in the laboratory.Starting with the law of uncertainty propagation and fully considering the correlation of the influencing factors in the comparison measurement,the evaluation formula of the uncertainty of the difference value in the personnel comparison and the equipment comparison is derived,and enumerates the correlation example to carry on the analysis to help the reader to be able to understand this article argument clearly deeply.
