摘要 我国食品安全领域的标准与法规制定不仅因经济社会的快速发展而日新月异,而且还经历了多次监管体制改革,给课程教学带来了一些问题。本文通过食品标准与法规的教学内容、教学方法和教学形式的创新改革探索,论述如何完善教学体系,提升教学质量,达到人才培养目标,从而满足新时代经济社会发展需要。 The formulation of standards and regulations in the field of food safety in my country not only changes with each passing day due to the rapid economic and social development,but also has undergone many reforms of the regulatory system,which has brought"the book is out of season"and"Regulations are staggered and complicated"and other practical issues.In addition,this course seems to study and master the articles one by one,which is boring and difficult for students to be interested.In the absence of uniform teaching materials that keep pace with the times,how to teach this course well is not only related to the teacher’s own teaching evaluation results,but more importantly,it affects the careers of students who are about to enter the society and engage in food industry-related jobs.There is a risk of violations of laws and regulations.This article discusses how to improve the quality of course teaching through the innovative reform exploration of the teaching content,teaching methods and teaching methods of"Food Standards and Regulations"to meet the needs of economic and social development in the new era.
