摘要
为了对标悬置支架在整车安装状态下的仿真分析与试验结果,运用仿真软件HYPERWORKS对悬置支架在实车安装状态下进行了仿真分析。经过与悬置模态试验对标,简化了计算模型,减小模态求解的计算规模,便于模态识别。最终的仿真结果与试验结果的误差在5.5%以内。
In order to analyze the simulation and test results of the standard mount bracket in the vehicle installation state,the simulation software HYPERWORKS is used to simulate the mount bracket in the real vehicle installation state.Compared with the mounting modal test,the calculation model is simplified,the calculation scale of modal solution is reduced,and the modal identification is convenient.The error between the simulation results and the test results is less than 5.5%.
