钛合金高速切削加工试验研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 钛合金因优越的性能而被广泛应用于航空航天和武器装备等领域,但由于切削加工性较差,在高速切削中易出现切削力大、切削温度高和刀具磨损严重等问题,因此,学者们针对钛合金高速切削加工进行了大量试验研究。本文对近年来钛合金高速切削领域的国内外研究进展进行了总结,重点分析了在锯齿形切屑、切削力、切削温度、加工表面质量和刀具磨损方面的试验结果,指出了目前存在的问题以及今后的发展方向,对钛合金高速切削加工技术的发展具有一定的促进作用。 Titanium alloys are widely used in aerospace,weapons and other fields because of their superior properties.But its machinability is poor.In high-speed cutting,there are many problems,such as large cutting force,high cutting temperature,serious tool wear and so on.Therefore,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of experimental research on high speed machining of titanium alloy.This paper summarizes the research progress in the field of high-speed cutting of Titanium alloy at home and abroad in recent years.The experimental results of serrated chip,cutting force,cutting temperature,surface quality and tool wear are mainly analyzed.The existing problems and future development direction are pointed out,and it has a certain role in promoting the development of high-speed cutting technology of titanium alloy.
