摘要
带筋整体壁板因其质量轻、承载效率高等优点在现代飞机中被大量使用,其基本组成单元为单筋结构,喷丸成形是该类复杂型面零件成形的首选方法。为研究单筋件的喷丸成形规律,建立多弹丸撞击有限元模型,得到不同喷丸覆盖率下的残余应力分布;基于直接应力法建立单筋件的喷丸成形有限元模型,得到了单筋件不同区域喷丸处理对其成形的影响规律,建立了具有“波浪形”外形面单筋件的喷丸成形模拟方法,为带筋整体壁板喷丸成形实际应用提供了参考。
The stiffener integrated panel is widely used in the manufacture of modern aircraft because of its advantages of light weight and high bearing efficiency.Its basic unit is single rebar structure.Shot peen forming is the preferred method for forming parts with complex surface.In order to study the shot peen forming rule of single rebar structure,a multi-shot impact finite element model is established.As a result,the residual stress distribution under different peening coverage is obtained.Based on the direct stress method,the finite element model of shot peening with single rebar structure is established,the influence rules of shot peening treatment in different regions on the forming of single rebar structure are obtained,and the forming method of single rebar structure with wave configuration is established.It provides a reference for the practical application of shot peening with stiffener integrated panel.
