摘要
针对TC4合金的磨削需求,提出了静电喷涂固体粉末辅助磨削冷却的方法。设计制备出粉末静电喷涂装置和实验用砂轮,通过与未涂层干磨削加工TC4合金的实验对比,分析了固体粉末静电喷涂辅助磨削冷却的砂轮表面形貌、工件表面形貌和磨削工件表面粗糙度。实验表明:采用静电喷涂固体粉末辅助磨削加工TC4合金,能够有效降低工件表面粗糙度,提高磨削加工性能。
In view of the difficult grinding characteristics of TC4 alloy,an auxiliary cooling grinding method of electrostatic spraying power is proposed.Electrostatic spraying power grinding device and experimental wheel are designed and prepared,and comparison experiment of grinding TC4 alloy with the coated wheel and uncoated wheel are completed.Finally,surface morphology of grinding wheels,surface morphology and surface roughness of grinding workpiece are analyzed.The experiment results show that electrostatic spraying solid power can reduce the surface roughness and improve the grinding performance of TC4 alloy.
