基于CNKI对中西医结合治疗心力衰竭随机对照试验的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Heart Failure Based on CNKI

目的通过对中西医结合治疗心力衰竭随机对照试验的相关文献进行可视化分析,探索该领域的研究现状、研究热点及趋势。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)1992年—2020年相关文献839篇,筛选后将786篇文献数据导入CiteSpace 5.6 R1软件,对作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果通过对知识图谱进行分析后发现,在中西医结合治疗心力衰竭随机对照试验领域研究作者方面存在大量分散作者,至今未出现有影响力的核心作者。主要研究机构也较为分散,未形成稳定高产的研究团队。热点关键词包括中西医结合疗法、心力衰竭、疗效、心功能、对照治疗观察、冠心病、肺心病、充血性心力衰竭等,并形成9个聚类。结论中西医结合治疗心力衰竭随机对照试验相关文献的发文量呈上升趋势,通过对关键词分析发现急性重症心力衰竭的治疗是近年来的研究重点和研究趋势。

Objective To explore the research status,research hotspots and trends of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of heart failure by visual analysis of relevant literature.Methods Eight hundreds and thirty-nine literatures were retrieved from China Journal Full Text Database(CNKI)from 1992 to 2020,and 786 literatures were selected and CiteSpace 5.6 R1 software was used for visual analysis of authors,institutions and keywords.Results Based on analyzing the knowledge map,it was found that there were many authors in the field of randomized controlled trials of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of heart failure,and no influential core authors had emerged so far.The main research institutions were also relatively scattered,and no stable and productive research teams had been formed.Hot keywords were integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy,heart failure,efficacy,heart function,observation of controlled treatment,coronary heart disease,pulmonary heart disease,congestive heart failure,and formed9clusters.Conclusion The number of RCTs related to integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of heart failure was appeared with a tendency of increase.Through the analysis of keywords,it was found that the treatment of acute severe heart failure was the focus and trend of research in recent years.
