某铁矿富余尾矿堆存处置方案研究

摘要 某铁矿目前尾矿库库容不足,通过调研研究和方案比选,最后采用露天采坑尾砂胶结堆存方案,为彻底解决某铁矿细粒级尾矿排放和尾矿库库容不足的问题提供了新思路和尾矿库的替代方案。露天坑闭坑后实施尾砂胶结堆存,不仅解决了某铁矿尾矿库库容不足的问题,还相当于实施了生态恢复和土地复垦,避免存在环保扬尘等污染环境和破坏地表生态等问题,一举多得。 Currently,the tailing pond of an Iron Ore is insufficient in storage capacity,through investigation and research as well as scheme comparison,open mining pit tailing sand cemented storage scheme has finally been adopted,which has provided a new idea and an alternative proposal for thoroughly solving the problem of fine particle degree tailing discharge and insufficient in tailing storage capacity of an Iron Ore.With the implementation of tailing sand cemented storage after closing of open pit,not only the problem of insufficient storage capacity of an Iron Ore has been solved,but it also equals to the implementation of ecological restoration and land reclamation,thus avoiding the problems of environment pollution as of raise of dust,and this shall be regarded as achieving many things at one stroke.
