摘要 随着我国乡村振兴战略的实施和教育现代化的不断推进,农村学前教育发展的目标和任务进一步明确,但在学前教育管理体制方面的现实困境及制约因素也更加突出。针对新情况和新问题,深化和完善农村学前教育管理体制改革,必须以制度创新为着力点,积极营造学前教育管理制度创新的社会氛围;强化政府的主导责任,重新配置学前教育管理职责;不断优化农村学前教育机构的管理模式与管理策略,加强学前教育管理的法制化建设,构建科学合理的督导与评估机制,以此推动农村学前教育的健康发展和质量提升。 With the implementation of the of rural revitalization strategy and the continuous advancement of education modernization,the goal and task of rural preschool education development are further clarified,but the practical difficulties and constraints in the management system of preschool education are also more prominent.In view of these new situations and problems,to deepen and improve the reform of the rural preschool education management system,we must take the system innovation as the focus,actively create the social atmosphere of the preschool education management system innovation,strengthen the leading responsibility of the government,reallocate the management responsibilities of preschool education;enhance the legal construction of preschool education management and construct a scientific and reasonable supervision and evaluation mechanism,so as to promote the healthy development and quality improvement of rural preschool education.
