基于阶段理论分析甘肃省融入发展机遇的研究

Development Opportunities of Gansu Province Based on Stage Theory

西部大开发进入3.0时代、“一带一路”倡议成果逐渐凸显和陆海新通道建设初步完善等为甘肃省经济发展带来新机遇,甘肃省如何更快更好地融入发展机遇成为首要问题。首先从罗斯托阶段理论、波特阶段理论、配第-克拉克阶段理论和钱纳里阶段理论对甘肃省经济发展进行分析,最后根据钱纳里标准得知甘肃省处于工业化中期向工业化后期过渡阶段,同时补充分析了产业的高级化和产业结构合理化对甘肃省经济发展的影响程度,产业结构的合理化比产业结构的高级化更加重要。甘肃省应该依据自身优势建立主导产业,大力发展生态旅游和文化旅游,利用国家帮扶性政策,加强基础设施类建设,同时注重产学研结合。

we analyze the economic development of Gansu Province from Rostow stage theory,Porter stage theory,coupled-Clark stage theory and Qiannari stage theory.According to Qiannari standard,we conclude that Gansu is in the middle stage of industrialization;at the same time,we add and analyze the influence degree of industrialization and industrial structure rationalization on the economic development of Gansu Province,Rationalization is more important than the advanced industrial structure.Gansu should establish leading industries according to its own advantages,vigorously develop ecotourism and cultural tourism,make use of the national policy of helping,strengthen the construction of infrastructure,and pay attention to the combination of industry,university and research at the same time.
