高技术产业创新效率及空间溢出效应研究

Innovation Efficiency and Spatial Spillover Effect of High-Tech Industry

高技术产业创新效率及空间溢出效应评价是实现产业核心竞争力提升的关键。采用SBM-DEA模型和空间面板溢出模型,从创新价值链视角对我国2014-2020年的高技术产业创新效率及空间溢出效应进行计算,分析了技术研发阶段、成果转化阶段的创新效率和空间变量溢出效应。结果表明,我国高技术产业创新效率在不同阶段与不同地区之间发展不平衡,地区内创新效率存在负向影响,邻近地区对本地区的创新效率存在负向溢出效应,而本地区对邻近地区的创新效率存在正向溢出效应。

The research on the innovation efficiency and spatial spillover effect is the key to increase the core competition of high-tech industry.Using the SBM-DEA model and the space panel overflow model,innovation efficiency and spatial spillover effect of the high-tech industry from 2014 to 2020 are calculated from the perspective of the innovation value chain;the innovation efficiency and spatial spillover effect in the technology research stage and achievement transformation stage are analyzed.The results show that innovation efficiency is not balanced at different stages and different regions.There is a negative impact on the innovation efficiency and spatial spillover effect in the region.There is a positive spatial spillover effect on the innovation efficiency in different stages in the neighborhood regions.
