工程教育背景下“葡萄酒分析检测综合实验”课程的“成果导向”研究

Achievement Oriented Research on the Course of"Comprehensive Experiment of Wine Analysis and Detection"under the Background of Engineering Education

“葡萄酒分析检测综合实验”课程是高等农业院校葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业的主要专业基础课。在工程教育背景下对该门课程进行了“成果导向”研究,以现阶段课程开展过程中存在的主要问题为切入点,从工程教育认证核心理念出发,以产业需求为依据,紧密衔接葡萄酒国家标准,分别从改变教学方法、丰富教学手段、优化实验教学内容、建立过程性考核评分标准等方面对课程的改革措施进行了深入探讨,以期为本门课程的教学改革提供参考。

The course of"comprehensive experiment of wine analysis and detection"is a main professional basic course for grape and wine engineering majors in agricultural colleges and universities.This paper conducted an achievement research on this course under the background of engineering education.Based on the current main problems existing in this course and according to the core concept of engineering education professional certification,closely consideration industrial demand and the national standard of wine,further discussions were conducted in how to improve teaching methods,enrich teaching ways,optimize teaching content,establish process assessment scores,and so on.We hope that this paper will provide a reference for the teaching reform of this course.
