党领导近代海关青年运动的革命话语及其历史逻辑阐析

Analysis of the Revolutionary Discourse and Historical Logic of the Modern Customs Youth Movement Led By the Communist Party of China

青年是近代海关革命斗争的生力军,是近代海关革命力量中最积极且最具生机的一股力量。抗日战争爆发后,随着斗争形势与任务的骤变,党创造性地运用革命话语体系,建构起党与海关青年之间的政治认同。通过宣传,党引导广大海关青年明晰自身被压迫的现实处境,从而建立起海关青年与劳苦大众之间的天然血脉联系。在抗日民族统一战线的号召下,这种天然血脉联系将促使其发生新的关系变革,并将成为坚定革命信仰的内在动力。借助这一革命话语体系,实现从“信仰感召”到“使命行动”,海关青年这支“生力军”为推进党在近代海关队伍中的壮大与发展发挥着重要作用。这一历史经验无疑为新时代做好海关青年思想政治工作提供了宝贵经验和现实启迪。

The youth of the customs is the new force of the customs revolutionary movement and the most active and vigorous force.After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,with the sudden changes in the revolutionary situation and struggle stage,the Party creatively applied the Anti-Japanese revolutionary discourse system to construct the political identity between the revolutionary Party and the revolutionary youth.By publicizing and guiding the vast number of the youth in customs to recognize the oppressed reality,the Party established the blood connection between the youth of customs and the laboring masses,and under the call of the Anti-Japanese national united front,new relationship changes could be formed,which became the internal driving force for strengthening revolutionary beliefs.With the help of this revolutionary discourse system,from“belief inspiration”to“mission action”,the youth of the customs,as a“new force”,played an important role in promoting the development of the Party in modern customs.This historical experience undoubtedly provides valuable experience and practical enlightenment for doing a good job in ideological and political work for the youth of the customs in the new era.
