铁尾矿砂与干化污泥制备免压免烧砖的研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用铁尾矿砂和城市污泥为原料制备免压免烧砖,以碱性激发剂NaOH和水玻璃激发矿渣微粉替代水泥作为胶凝材料。研究结果表明:免烧砖的强度随矿渣微粉掺量的增加而增大,矿渣微粉掺量为24%~30%与铁尾矿砂掺量为70%~76%或矿渣微粉、铁尾矿砂、污泥的掺量为45:50:5,均可制备出强度满足《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》(JC/T422-2007)MU25国家建材行业标准的免压免烧砖。 Iron tailings sand and municipal sludge are used as raw materials to produce non-fired bricks.Alkaline activator NaOH and sodium silicate are used to activate slag powder instead of cement as the cementing material.The research results show that the strength of the non-fired brick increases with the increase of the slag powder content.The mixing amount of slag powder is 22%~30%and the mixing amount of 70%~78%iron tailings or slag powder,iron tailings sand and sludge is 45:50:5,both of which can be prepared to meet the strength of“Non-fired waste tailings bricks”(JC/T422-2007)MU25 national building materi⁃als industry standard non-fired bricks.
