探析能源转型的“无尽前沿”

摘要 建立绿色低碳的经济体系任务艰巨。能源转型是实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的关键。中国能源转型依靠政府政策、社会舆论、市场需求和技术创新的驱动,主要朝着低碳能源加速利用、高碳能源清洁化、清洁能源大规模开发、多能互补协同发展、提高能效与发展储能技术等主要的技术方向发展。通过培育能源转型技术创新生态范式,鼓励开放式创新,支持包容性创新,构筑数字化创新平台,最终实现可持续推进创新。能源转型前景广阔,但绝不可能一蹴而就,应妥善处理好与能源安全的关系,并持续深化碳市场改革,拓展国际科技合作与交流,创立能源转型国际知识共享体系,为全球可持续发展贡献中国方案。 It is a daunting task to build a green and low-carbon economy.The energy transition in China is the key to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutral.The main driving forces of China energy transformation include government policy,public opinion,market demand and technological innovation.It is mainly oriented toward the major technological directions,such as accelerated utilization of low carbon energy,clean utilization of high carbon energy,large-scale development of clean energy,complementary and collaborative development of multi-energy,improvement of energy efficiency and development of energy storage technology.The sustainable innovation can be achieved by fostering an ecological paradigm of energy transition technology innovation,encouraging open innovation,supporting inclusive innovation,and building a digital innovation platform.The energy transition has broad prospects,but it cannot be achieved overnight.We should properly handle the relationship with energy security,continue to deepen the reform of the carbon market,expand international scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges,establish an international knowledge sharing system for the energy transition,and contribute China’s solutions to global sustainable development.
